End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement is a legal agreement between you and Noman Munir regarding using our mobile application. By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not download, install, or use the Game.

Subscription Terms: The Game offers subscription-based content. If you decide to subscribe, you will be charged based on the subscription plan you choose. The subscription will renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.

Ownership: The Game and all related content (including but not limited to in-game assets, characters, music, graphics, and code) are owned by Us or its licensors. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in the Game.

Governing Law: This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved in the courts.

Content Generated by User: You have the right to create or upload content to the Game. By doing so, you grant us a worldwide, royalty free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content in connection with the Game.

License Grant: Subject to the terms of this Agreement, We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to install and use the Game on a mobile device that you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial use.

Prohibited Conduct:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Game is prohibited.
• Using the Game for commercial purposes without prior written permission is not allowed.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts or damages the Game’s infrastructure is prohibited.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Game’s server or data is not allowed.

Updates and Changes: We may update the Game and this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Game after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement regularly.

Termination: This Agreement is effective until terminated. We may terminate it at any time if you violate any terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and uninstall it from your device.

Disclaimers: The Game is provided "as is" without any warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Game’s functionality, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Game.
